The strong sense of loss but not of losing a someone or something. It's more of an everything and everyone.

So it's no wonder he can't find the right strings after cutting them with dull scissors. Or that he doesn't have any answers, right or wrong.

And he drowns himself, the ant in the porcelain sea, no one to view his last bubbles or erect future memoriams. Just him and dangling antennae that never really got the best reception. Color images that always had a strange shade of blue, no dials to turn or buttons to push.

And then when he is finally sucked down the drain, everything is clear, for a sheer second there is complete understanding.

But maybe there's hope that we won't have to wait that long for that.
